Manufacturing of BOPP, Polyester Pouch, PP, HDPE, LDPE, Poly Bags and rolls

Extrusion

We have 10 mono layer Extrusion machines for the production of PP, HDPE, and LDPE Rolls. From April 2010, we have started our new 3 Layer Extrusion machine and a PP high speed Inflation machine imported from Taiwan.

Total extruders with a Production capacity 2500 ton per year

Bag Making

We have imported T-Shirt bag making machines from M/s Hemingstone Machinery Co. Ltd., Taiwan and a Side Sealing and a Bottom Sealing Cutting Machine from M/s. Plas Alliance Ltd, Taiwan. The vendors of our cutting machines are M/s. Mamata, Windsor, and other Indian Manufacturers. We have further expanded this department with another T-Shirt bag machine and a multipurpose cutting machine from Hemingstone, Taiwan and a VEGA 800 Plus Universal bag machine from M/s Mamata.

Printing

We are the first importer of KYMC Stack Flexo Printing Machine (6 Color) from Taiwan. The printing quality of this machine is superior when compared to other machines. We have 2 Gravure printing machines from one of the best industries of India - Kholi Industries (6 & 8 Colors). In addition, we have several Flexo Machines (up to 10 colors).
